Is the app free?

Yes, For Busy People is completely free to use.

Yet another habit tracker? Really ?

I tried every habit tracker out there and can't find one that works for me. I'm a busy person and I don't want to spend time more than 10 seconds on logging a habit. I want to focus on building good habits and breaking bad ones. I want to do it in a way that is simple and effective. I want to do it in a way that is not annoying. I want to do it in a way that is not intrusive.

What can this bot do?

The bot lets you effortlessly track both your good and bad habits, log them via chat or Telegram commands, and view detailed stats like your current streak, longest streak, and cumulative progress. It even generates simple text-based graphs to visualize your progress over time.

How do I interact with the bot?

You can either chat with the AI directly or use Telegram commands. For example, use /add (or ask the AI) to add a new good habit, /bad to add a new bad habit, and /done to mark a habit as completed.

Why track both good and bad habits?

We’re the sum of our habits! Tracking both helps you see how daily choices compound over time, so you can better understand your progress and areas for improvement.

Is the bot still in beta?

Yes, it's in beta. While the core features work smoothly, we're continuously improving the experience. Your feedback is always welcome!

Is this bot following Atomic Habits methods and strategies?

Though I think Atomic Habits is one of the best books if not the best about habit tracking, some of its methods are not easily implemented in a bot. For now, I focused on tracking the good and the bad habits. I am open to any suggestion though, contact me directly through the bot on telegram.
